Henny & Joe’s Chai

Masala Chai infusion

Henny and Joe’s multi award winning chai is made from a traditional blend of therapeutic and warming spices hat bottles the vibrancy and true exotic taste of India. With blend and infused cardamon, ginger, star anise, nutmeg, clove, all spice, vanilla pods, mixed spice, fennel seed and cinnamon with of course, a little unrefined sugar to help life and bring the spices to life.

Method

Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of the concentrate into a milk of your choice. Then heat to tour preferred temperature in either the microwave, on a hob or wit a steam wand n the coffee machine.

Not only can this chai be used to make chai lattes in the comfort of your own home it has since been used in baking, cocktails and desserts.

Ingredients: Water, unrefined sugar, cardamon, cinnamon, fennel seed, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, star anise, ginger, all spice and mixed spice.
